Athens: A week in Athens
- Day 1 Arrival in Athens
- Arrival at the airport. Pick up and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
- Day 2 Saronic Islands Cruise
- Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning transfer to the port to take the cruise ship.Visit the 3 picturesque Greek Islands in the Saronic Golf : Aegina, Poros and Hydra . Return to Piraeus in the afternoon and transfer to your hotel in Athens. Ovrenight at the hotel.
- Day 3 Athens Argolis
- Breakfast at the Hotel. Leave by the coastal road to Corinth Canal and drive on to Mycenae, the megalithic prehistoric city and visit also the tomb of King Agamemnon, brother of Menelaus, the husband of Helen of Troy. Lunch at a local tavern. In the afternoon, drive through the the plain of Argolis to Nafplion the first capital of the modern state of Greece, built at the foot of a cliff crouned by the mighty walls of Palamidi fortress (short photo stop). Then proceed to Epidaurus to visit the ancient theater famous for it´s excellent acoustic. Return to Athens via Corinth. Overnight at the hotel.
- Day 4 Athens
- Breakfast at the hotel. Day free. In the morning optional halph day Athens Sightseeing Tour. Overnight at the Hotel.
- Day 5 Athens - Delphi
- Breakfast at the hotel. Depart by bus for Delphi via Thebes and Levadia with a short stop at the slopes of mount Parnassus, at the village of Arachova. Arrival at Delphi and visit the Sanctuary of Apollon, the Treasury of Athenians and the museum. In the afternoon drive back to Athens. Overnight at the Hotel.
